Payments & Refunds
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Payment methods
- Visa / Mastercard and Apple Pay — including international cards. Payments are processed by a payment provider; we never store or see your card details.
- PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — USD payments via Paddle, our merchant of record. Your statement will show a charge from Paddle.
- Russian cards and SBP — RUB payments via lava.top, for customers who can't use international cards.
- USDT (TRC-20 network) — for users who prefer cryptocurrency. Payment details and instructions are provided at checkout.
2. Pricing
Two plans, two billing periods: monthly or yearly. The yearly price works out to two months free.
- Basic — AED 59 per month, or AED 590 per year (about AED 49 a month).
- Pro — AED 999 per month, or AED 9,990 per year (about AED 833 a month).
Prices are set in UAE dirhams (AED). Paying with a Russian card, in dollars or in crypto converts the amount at the rate at the time of payment, so what you are charged may differ slightly from the figures above.
3. Renewals
Paying by bank card (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal), or by Russian card / SBP, sets up a subscription that renews automatically. On the day your current period ends we charge for the next one — a month or a year, whichever you chose — and keep doing so until the subscription is cancelled. We do not ask for separate confirmation before each charge.
You can cancel any time in your account: Account → the Subscription card → Cancel subscription. This works for every payment method, including Russian cards and SBP — your account passes the cancellation on to the payment service itself. Cancelling stops future charges; your access stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you paid by Russian card or SBP and the cancellation in your account does not go through for some reason, there are backup routes: your lava.top account (sign in with the email you used to pay, open My purchases → the subscription → Cancel), or email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.
Crypto payments do not renew automatically — they are one-time payments for the term you chose. We remind you by email and in your account when the term is ending; renewing is a new payment, and any remaining days are kept and added on top.
4. Refunds
If it isn't for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your payment and we will refund it. You don't have to explain why. The window is the same for every payment method; how the money travels back depends on how it came in:
- Bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal: the refund is issued by Paddle, the merchant of record for that purchase. It usually reaches your account in 3–5 business days.
- Russian card and SBP: we issue the refund ourselves, back to the account the payment came from. Up to 10 business days.
- Cryptocurrency (USDT, TRC-20): we send back the same coin, the same amount we received, to a wallet address you give us. The network fee comes out of the transfer. The exchange rate may have moved either way in the meantime — we don't make up the difference: you get back exactly the number of coins you sent.
Once a refund is issued, access to the platform closes.
5. Payment issues
Charged twice, payment failed, or access did not open after payment — email [email protected] with the payment date and your account email. We handle such cases with priority and fully refund erroneous charges.
