These terms govern the use of Imperia The1 — an online transformation system for men (body, mindset, energy). By purchasing access you agree to them. They are short and free of fine print.

1. What Imperia The1 is

Imperia The1 is an online platform created by coach and mentor Aram The1 (Dubai, UAE; services are provided online worldwide). It includes 8 sections with video breakdowns and audio podcasts — Discipline, Mindset, Training, Nutrition, Hormones & Lab Tests, Biohacking, CNS & Body, Recovery — plus the THE 4×4, THE 1:1 and THE RUN training programs. Content is provided in Russian.

The service is provided by an individual — the service founder Aram The1 (Dubai, UAE); no legal entity has been registered yet. Full details are on the Contacts page.

2. The chat is answered by an AI mentor

In the "Aram" chat you are talking to an AI mentor — software trained on Aram Elbakyan's methodology and running on the Claude model by Anthropic (USA). It is not a conversation with Aram in person. Aram defines the methodology and records the lessons and breakdowns; the chat replies, the individual plan and the lab test reviews are produced by the AI.

The AI does not diagnose, does not prescribe medication, and refers you to a doctor when symptoms are worrying. The chat requires separate consent to send your messages and health data to Anthropic: you give it at sign-up with a separate checkbox and can withdraw it at any time in your account, under "My data". Without that consent the platform still works — only the chat is switched off.

3. Adults only: 18+

Imperia The1 is intended for people aged 18 and over. By registering you confirm that you are 18. If we learn that an account was created by a minor, we will close it and refund the unused period.

4. Plans and what they include

Basic — all 8 sections with videos and podcasts, the THE 4×4, THE 1:1 and THE RUN training programs, a training and cardio log, measurements and progress tracking, body composition estimates from photos, recipes, access to group live sessions (individual sessions may be paid). AED 59 per month, or AED 590 per year.
Pro — everything in Basic, plus: chat with the AI mentor built on Aram's methodology — text, photos and files, in your account and in Telegram, with a daily message limit; an individual training and nutrition plan that is rebuilt as your progress changes; recognition and review of blood test results from a photo or PDF; mentor messages after completed modules; free entry to every group live session; a private community. AED 999 per month, or AED 9,990 per year.

The current price and the exact amount you will be charged are always shown in the checkout window before you confirm, and they take precedence over the figures on this page.

5. Free trial — 3 days

New users get a 3-day free trial. It is available once per person.

When the trial ends, the subscription automatically becomes paid: you are charged for the period you chose — a month or a year — at the plan price. The first charge falls on the day the trial ends; that date is shown at checkout before you confirm and in your account, and we email you a reminder in advance.

To avoid being charged, cancel before that date: access stays open until the end of the trial and no payment is taken. Website subscriptions are cancelled in your account; subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are cancelled in device settings (see section 6). Apple requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

6. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Paying by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal (via Paddle), by Russian card or SBP (via lava.top), and buying in the iPhone app all set up a subscription that renews automatically: on the day your period ends we charge for the next one, and keep doing so until it is cancelled. We do not ask for separate confirmation before each charge.

Cancel a subscription bought on the website in your account: Account → the Subscription card → Cancel subscription. A subscription bought in the iPhone app cannot be cancelled in your account — that is how the App Store works, we have no access to those subscriptions. Cancel it on the device: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Imperia The1.

Purchases in the iPhone app are also governed by the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA).

Cancelling stops future charges; access stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for. Crypto payments do not renew automatically: they are one-time payments for the chosen term, and any remaining days are kept when you renew.

Refunds for website payments: email [email protected] within 14 days of the payment, no explanation needed. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple only. Details for every method are on the Payments & Refunds page.

7. Access and account

Access is personal and intended for a single user. Sharing credentials with third parties and copying or redistributing platform materials (videos, programs, texts) is prohibited — this is proprietary Imperia The1 content.

If you suspect someone else has signed in, end all sessions in your account, under "My data": you will then have to sign in again on every device. You can also delete your account there yourself.

We may close access without a refund in cases of reselling access, bulk downloading of materials, hacking attempts and similar abuse. In any other case we warn you first.

8. Medical disclaimer

Imperia The1 content is educational and informational material about training, nutrition and lifestyle. It is not medical advice and does not replace it; the AI mentor is not a doctor and does not diagnose. Consult a physician before starting training, changing your diet, taking lab tests and especially before taking any supplements.

Do not start training without a doctor's clearance if you have heart or vascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, recent injuries or surgery, a flare-up of a chronic condition, an eating disorder, if you are pregnant, or after a long break from physical activity. You train voluntarily and assess your own condition yourself. Stop and seek medical help if you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or fainting.

9. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for access working and for the materials matching their description. We do not guarantee a specific result — kilograms, measurements, lab values: that depends on your execution, your health and your circumstances.

We are not liable for indirect losses: lost profit, loss of data on your side, or the consequences of decisions you make based on platform materials. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the event.

These limits do not apply where the law forbids them: intent and gross negligence, harm to life or health, and the scope of mandatory consumer rights in your country.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are heard by the courts of Dubai.

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, Russia or another country whose law gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence. Choosing UAE law does not remove them.

11. Language of the agreement

The Russian version of these terms is the governing one. The English version is a translation for convenience; if the meaning differs, the Russian text prevails. Platform materials are published in Russian. We correspond in Russian or English.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and plan contents. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the new version.
