This page explains in plain language what data Imperia The1 collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: we collect the minimum, never sell your data, and delete it on request.

1. What we collect

• Email and name — at registration. Needed for account access, receipts and important service notifications.
• Payment details — we never store or see them. Card data is processed by the payment provider on their side; we only receive the payment status. For USDT payments we only see the blockchain transaction.
• Viewing progress — which sections and lessons you have completed, so your account remembers where you left off.
• Data you share yourself on the Pro plan (e.g. lab tests for review, measurements for progress tracking) — used only for personal work with you and never published anywhere.

2. How we use it

• providing platform access and running your account;
• processing payments, renewals and payment notifications;
• answering your support requests;
• personal work within the Pro plan.

We never sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or any other purposes. Only services technically required to run the platform have access (hosting, payment provider, transactional email delivery).

3. Cookies and localStorage

The site uses cookies and localStorage for technical purposes only: keeping your session, remembering settings and progress. We do not use them to track you across other websites. You can clear them in your browser settings — this logs you out but does not affect your paid access.

4. Storage and security

Data is kept while your account is active and protected with standard technical measures (encrypted connections, restricted access). After account deletion the data is removed, except for records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment history for accounting).

5. Your rights

• request a copy of the data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request full deletion of your account and data — done on request via support email;
• unsubscribe from any non-service emails in one click.
