Payments & Refunds

1. Payment methods

• Visa / Mastercard and Apple Pay — including international cards. Payments are processed by a payment provider; we never store or see your card details.
• USDT (TRC-20 network) — for users who prefer cryptocurrency. Payment details and instructions are provided at checkout.

2. Pricing

Access is paid with a one-time payment for the selected term — 1, 3 or 6 months. The longer the term, the lower the monthly price.

• Basic — AED 99 for 1 month · AED 267 for 3 months (AED 89/mo) · AED 474 for 6 months (AED 79/mo).
• Pro — AED 999 for 1 month · AED 2,697 for 3 months (AED 899/mo) · AED 3,594 for 6 months (AED 599/mo).

3. Renewals

When your paid term is about to end, we send a reminder by email and in your account. You can renew with a new payment for any term — remaining days are not lost, the new term is added on top of the current one. If you do not renew, access simply ends when the paid period is over — there is nothing to cancel.

4. Refunds

• Card payments: a refund is available within the first 48 hours after payment, provided the platform content has not been accessed. If you have already opened the modules, the payment is non-refundable, but access remains active for the entire paid term.
• USDT (TRC-20) payments: crypto payments are non-refundable once confirmed — this is standard practice for blockchain transactions, as they cannot technically be reversed. Please double-check the amount, address and network (TRC-20) before sending.

5. Payment issues

Charged twice, payment failed, or access did not open after payment — email support@jointhe1empire.com with the payment date and your account email. We handle such cases with priority and fully refund erroneous charges.
